How to Transfer a Web Site Into or Out of Plesk
Method 1: Using Site Import (Single Site)
- Install the Site Import tool from the Plesk Extension Catalog.
- Go to Websites & Domains, select your domain, and click Website Importing.
- Enter your source domain name and connect via FTP or SSH credentials.
- Click OK or start the import to pull the files and database over.

Method 2: Using Plesk Migrator (Server to Server)
- Log into your destination Plesk server as the administrator.
- Go to Extensions and open Plesk Migrator.
- Click Start a New Migration.
- Input the source server IP, admin login, and password or SSH key.
- Select the subscriptions/domains you want to move and click Migrate.
Method 3: Backup and Restore
- Generate a full backup of the domain via the source Plesk Backup Manager.
- Download the resulting
.taror.zipbackup file.
- Upload and restore that file through the Backup Manager on the new Plesk server.
